  • Free standing sub frame structure made of galvanized steel pillars
  • Wall Panels made of composite material consisting of a Aluminum corrugated support with solid mineral surface
  • Angular Wall Corners consisting of SMS Wall panels in the shape of 45 degree corners for easy installation of air intakes and ductwork
  • Sealing material can be either a siliconized gasket or silicon filler glue whoch allow both a perfect isolation of wall.
  • Special ceiling panels supported on suspended triangle support with a bottom face of each panel as SMS sheet
The SMS wall system is based on a technological modular unit designed to clad and to divide interior space in controlled bacteria environments in a flexible and functional manner. The design ensures that the unique self-loading and free standing substructure can be clad with all types of engineered finishing panels without use of screws and any other fixed mechanical joints (SCREWLEES TECHNOLOGY). The outer surface of a wall surface is created with high tech materials such as Solid Mineral Surface (SMS) with backing of aluminum frame.
